- Please watch over your belongings. The salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
SERVICE REFUSAL
We reserve our rights to refuse services subject to:
- Nail fungus /cuticle infection /skin or nail damaged /contagious conditions
- Any clients with signs of Lice and/or major skin irritation
- Illness conditions that may be harmed by our services
- Diabetes clients: please inform our nail technicians so we can provide our services with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.Â
- Rude or disrespectful customers
REFUNDS
All completed services are non-refundable. All issues are required and/or corrected by management only.
GUARANTEE
•        No-chip polish is guaranteed for 05 days after service excluding breakages on real nails
•        Regular polish is not guaranteed
•        Long nail acrylic breakages is not guaranteed
PROMOTIONS
We accept Online Deals / In-store Coupons one promotion at a time only.
CANCELLATIONS
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is a No-show, you will be charged half of the services of your scheduled appointment.
SURVEILLANCE
For safety, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
