Hair Stylists (new talent and experienced)
Our salon is looking for talented Hair Stylists and Colorists and Barbers to join our team. The ideal candidate has experienced working in an upscale salon environment and has an interest in pursuing a career in the beauty industry.
We’re looking for candidates who go the extra mile to ensure each customer feel great about their hair.
Responsibilities:
- Precision haircutting
- Finishing and styling
- Coloring expertise
- Ombre and balayage
- Client retention
- Therapeutic hair and scalp treatments
- Recommending treatments and spa services to guests, upselling products and services
- Building rapport with clients, communicating with empathy and understanding, achieving an 85% retention rate, and receiving monthly customer satisfaction ratings of 89%

Nail Technicians
Our salon is looking for experienced Nail Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in an upscale salon environment and has an interest in pursuing a career in the beauty industry.
We’re looking for candidates who go the extra mile to ensure each customer feel great about their hair.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures with no-chip gel, dipping powder, gel acrylic, GelX
- Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
- Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
- Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
- Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
- Providing quality hand and foot massages.
- Managing phone calls, appointments and schedule
- Recommending treatments and spa services to guests, upselling products and services
- Building rapport with clients, communicating with empathy and understanding, achieving an 85% retention rate, and receiving monthly customer satisfaction ratings of 89%

Remote Part-time Social Media Marketing Intern
Our salon is seeking a dependable Remote Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Intern. We are looking for an individual who embodies innovation, self-motivation, and a strong drive for professional growth. This intern will not only be tasked with routine newsletter creation and social media content assistance but will also spearhead pivotal projects, playing a pivotal role in marketing One 100 Chicago Group. Collaborating closely with our team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing C4Q’s brand and marketing strategies across prominent platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more. Join us in making a mark in the industry as a key member of our dynamic team.
